Tutorial: ( Quite similar to back exercise – Close Grip Cable Pull Down)
- Position yourself in pull-down lats machine. Grab the bar with the width that is wider than your shoulder’s, palms facing forward.
- Take a deep breath, keep your body stable and firm. Pull the cable on the way to your chest, once it hits your chest, breathe out. During the process, focus on your lats to produce the force pulling the bar down.
- After that, slowly, let the bar back to the starting position, inhale during the move. Repeat other reps.
- Totally focus on your lats to perform the exercise even though I understand it is quite hard for beginners to focus on their lats at the early stages.
